Approaching 20 years in the business, with proven expertise in marketing, branding, project management, touring, and A&R, Josh German augments and actualizes artist development from
every angle. As the Founder and C.E.O., he tailors and executes bespoke strategy for a diverse clientele across genres and styles. Drawing on experience at leading artist management firms and independent record labels, he and his team service clients at the highest level as active creative partners. Say Less enables artists to break into the marketplace on their own terms.

A chance encounter resulted in his first job in music as executive assistant to Bill Silva Management Founder and namesake, Bill Silva. He worked his way through the ranks as a day-to-day manager, working with multiplatinum superstars such as Jason Mraz and Christina Perri. At the same time, he
personally signed and managed the likes of Brooke Candy and Olivia Holt. He gained invaluable touring and production experience by working on shows at The Hollywood Bowl in addition to hitting the road with Kylie Minogue on her legendary North American tours in 2009 & 2011.

Following a decade at Bill Silva Management, he assumed the role of Project Manager at First Access Entertainment/Access Records. He proved integral to the success of 21st century stars Madison Beer, the late Lil Peep, Zayn, and more.

In 2019, he joined the team at Maverick, working with Larry Rudolph as the project lead for Kim Petras, among others.

Two years later, Saban Music Group enlisted him as Director of Marketing and Artist Development, Pop & Urban. He ignited the U.S. introduction of Mergui, Loyal Lobos, and many others through an unwavering focus on artist development and inventive marketing plays.

    AUDIENCE DEVELOPMENT

    Arianna Badocchi has built a career at the intersection of music, digital strategy, and talent management, helping artists and creators grow their brands and connect with global audiences.

    Her career in music began as an assistant at William Morris Endeavor (WME), one of the industry's top talent agencies, working closely with the teams representing global superstars such as J Balvin, Rosalia, and Drake. She later joined Shots Studios, where she played a key role in the digital success of top creators like Lele Pons, Hannah Stocking and Juanpa Zurita. Managing content strategies across TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram, she helped expand their digital footprint.

    In 2022 she joined Saban Music Latin, where she took on a leadership role in marketing and artist development, working with emerging talent such as Loyal Lobos and Yubeili as well as Latin music icon Don Omar.

    Her expertise in data-driven marketing, creator branding, and trend forecasting has been instrumental in positioning artists for long-term success in an ever-evolving industry. Fluent in English, Italian, and Spanish, Arianna brings a global perspective to her work, ensuring artists and brands connect with audiences in meaningful ways.

    With a background in Film and TV production, Nikole Pryor has a well- rounded point of view on the workings of the entertainment industry, and as an award-winning writer and director, she also has a strong understanding of how to work closely with artists and help them fulfill their visions. As Creative Coordinator, she values communication and collaboration.

    Her artistic background brings a unique perspective to the Say Less team, while her experience in different media brings valuable insight into reaching a variety of audiences, enabling every campaign and release to
    reach its full impact.

    Emily Badgley is a Los Angeles-based creative director, photographer, videographer, video producer, and marketer with nearly a decade of experience in crafting compelling visuals for artists and brands.

    She specializes in maximizing output through multipurpose shoots, ensuring content serves diverse needs while maintaining cohesive storytelling. With expertise in developing clear and impactful visual branding at all levels, she provides tailored solutions for artists at every stage of their journey.

    Her career spans traditional film, digital content creation, music, and tech, showcasing her ability to merge artistic vision with business strategy. Known for her "Jack-of-all-trades" versatility, Emily is passionate about telling stories that amplify diverse voices. Her adaptive problem- solving and commitment to creating unique, enduring imagery make her a standout in the creative industry.
